By using the ramaws.com web site ("Service") or any services of Ramaws, provided by In Ramaws, Inc., you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"). Service Terms

You must provide your name, a valid email address, and any other requested information in order to complete the signup process.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your service and password. Ramaws will not be liable for any damage as a result of your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the Service to, directly or indirectly, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Modifications To The Terms, Products And Prices

Ramaws reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Product and Prices (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

In Ramaws’s Content

"Content." includes all information, graphics, photographs, logos, descriptions, designs, icons, video clips, audio clips, sounds, trademarks, copyrighted material, specifications, literature, titles, names, User’s Content and any other materials provided on the Services which are owned by In Ramaws and/or third parties.

In Ramaws reserves the right to change, delete, update, modify or otherwise alter the Content at any time without providing notice to you.  In any event, the Content is provided for informational purposes only and is not binding on In Ramaws in any way except to the extent that it is specifically indicated to be so.

User’s Content

User’s comments, feedback, reviews,, suggestions, ideas, photographs, information, graphics, images, logos, illustrations, descriptions, data, designs, icons, video clips, audio clips, sounds, specifications, catalogs, literature, advertisements, titles, names and any other materials, from you on the Services are collectively referred as User’s Content.

You agree that any User’s Content that you post, upload, input, submit or otherwise transmit to the Services shall be true, accurate and you shall not impersonate or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity. All User’s Content shall not be  (1) misleading to others, (2) unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, pornographic, indecent, invasive of another's privacy, offensive, or racially, ethnically objectionable, (3) infringing of any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party, (4) intentionally or unintentionally violates any applicable local, state, national or international law.

Content’s Intellectual Property

The website and all Content, features and functionality that appears as part of or on the Services are the property of In Ramaws and/or a third party and are protected by copyright, trade dress, and trademark laws of the United States, as well as international treaties, conventions and the laws of other countries, as applicable.

You may not use, reproduce, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, download, license, enter into a database, create derivate works from, reverse engineer, frame, transfer, or sell any Content obtained from, through or on this Services, in whole or in part. Any use of the Content, except as specifically provided in these Terms, is strictly prohibited.

Violation

Violation of any of the Terms will result in the termination of your Account. While Ramaws Wigs prohibits conduct and content in violation of the Terms of Service, you understand and agree that Ramaws cannot be responsible for the content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials.

Other Conditions

The failure of Ramaws to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ramaws and govern your use of the Service. The Terms of Service superseding any prior agreements between you and Ramaws, including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service.

You expressly understand and agree that Ramaws shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) the use or the inab`ility to use the Products. Ramaws is not liable even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  In any event, you agree that Ramaws will not be liable for any damage greater than the amount of proceeds collected from you.

You agree that these Terms of Service and your use of the Service are governed under the Laws of the State of California and any dispute shall be adjudicated in the State of California.

Ramaws may interact with law enforcement regarding your use of the Ramaws Services. You acknowledge and agree that Ramaws may make your information available to law enforcement. Ramaws requires valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, in order to produce records of non-public user information to U.S.-based law enforcement. Ramaws requires a search warrant issued under the procedures of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure or equivalent state warrant procedures to compel disclosure of the content of user communications.
