• We accept returns 14 days after receipt of goods .

1. Don’t cut the lace.

The wig must be in their unused original condition, with intact lace. Incomplete, damaged, worn, washed or altered items cannot be accepted.

2. Exchange & return can only be processed within 14 days after receipt.

3. Email us with photos of the wig to get the shipping address and return instructions. 

    We reserve the right to refuse the self-return parcels.

4. For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or refund the difference. 

    For return wig, the refund will be issued after the wig is received. No restocking fee will be charged.

5. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee except for our mistakes.

6. The custom made wig can’t be exchanged or returned except for our mistakes.

• What should I do when I want to return or exchange goods?

1.Contact us via our email address : [email protected] , and inform us of the reason for the return and exchange of the goods and attach the relevant certificates.

2.Return the product according to our return address.

3.We will refund or resend a new package within 3 days of receiving the returned package from the customer.
